Note: Discount pricing available. Vendor will receive a discount for signing up for both events at the same time (North Texas Wellness Fair and Carnaval de Salud).

Registration and Payment Information: Registration is suggested ASAP for booth placement. Registering one week prior to either health fair may incur a late fee of $50.

T-Shirts will be distributed at Exhibitor registration booth. We ask that Exhibitors NOT wear their T-Shirt during the event to avoid any confusion when identifying CDS Volunteers.
